announce the anniversary of MORSERV, our flagship real-time mortgage loan
servicing software. If you would like to automate your interim or long-term portfolio, now is the time!

Introduced in 1983, MORSERV is a PC based non-GUI system planned for single user or client/server Windows ME/98/95/XP/2000/NT or newer based PCs. MORSERV may be installed in client/server multi-user networking environments such as Windows peer-to-peer or dedicated server, NT, Small Business Server, NOVELL, Citrix.

Import data from Point© by Calyx© Software for new loan setup.
Export data for use in other products such as MS Excel, MS Word or Lotus
Function key integration of Excel or Lotus for displayed master record

MORSERV is licensed as a complete system. There are no installation, training or add-on fees for additional modules, such as reporting
features or 1098 preparation.   If you prepare more than 250 1098's,
use of electronic reporting will be required with third-party software. 
We suggest your use of AMS's 1099-ETC© with magnetic filing option.
